We hope you’re delighted with your order. If you’re not perfectly satisfied, you may return items within 14 days. Please note, return numbers must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order. You will then have a further 7 days to return unsuitable items with a shipping service of your choice and at your expense. Additionally, returns should be shipped with a service that provides a tracking number and insurance as we are not responsible for delayed or lost packages.
The item(s) should be returned unworn and in perfect condition, with all MONOPOLIST and designer garment tags still attached. All returns must be authorized by us before sending merchandise back. Simply contact us at email@example.com and quote the invoice number on your subject. The invoice number must be clearly written on the outside of the package. Any returns received without an invoice number or that do not comply with the below may be denied at the discretion of MONOPOLIST.
Footwear must also be accompanied by the original shoe box in its original condition. Underwear, swimwear, socks, and merchandise marked final sale cannot be returned. Merchandise returned damaged, soiled or returned without their original labels may be rejected and sent back to the customer at the discretion of MONOPOLIST.
Final sale items and original shipping fees are not refundable. A refund will be issued back to the original method of payment for the merchandise returned. Financial institutions may require additional days to process the refund before the funds are returned to the account.
